Using the most up-to-date OSHA manual, this seminar includes detailed explanations and examples of how OSHA defines “work related” and “work environment.
For instance, OSHA requires that accidents in a facility’s parking lot to be recordable if the accident is “work related” or in the “work environment,” with the outcome being death, days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, loss of consciousness, or a significant injury or illness diagnosed by a physician or other licensed health care professional.
