Pre-registration is required for all events, seminars and conferences. Registrations may be made until the day before the event. You may register online or by phone, fax, email or mail. To register online, you must sign in with your username and password, or create an account.
Confirmations will be emailed to all registrants prior to the scheduled event. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Barbara Hopkins at firstname.lastname@example.org. These confirmations ensure your registration has been received and also serve as a reminder.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled date in order to receive a full refund. Registrants who do not cancel 48 hours in advance are responsible for the full registration fee; however, all handout materials will be made available upon request.
Registrants who fail to show up for an event, seminar or conference and do not send a replacement will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the event, seminar or conference.
MMA Cancellation/Rescheduling/Change of Venue
Occasionally, MMA must cancel an event. All registrants will be notified in advance, and the total cost of the event, seminar or conference will be refunded to those who have already paid. If MMA is forced to reschedule an event or change the location, all registrants will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to transfer their registrations to the new time and/or place, or request a full refund.
