Robbie Kemp

Vice President, Customer Services

Robbie Kemp, currently manager, region customer service, will serve as the vice president
of customer service for Entergy Mississippi, LLC effective November 1, 2022. Robbie’s
career with Entergy spans more than 36 years in customer service and operations. In her
current role, she is responsible for driving strategies to improve customer centricity and
oversees customer service in the Jackson, Rankin, Clinton, Brookhaven, Vicksburg and
Natchez Entergy Mississippi territories. She will continue this leadership role for the entire
Entergy Mississippi territory as vice president, customer service . Additionally, she engages
in cultivating and maintaining relationships with elected officials, key community
constituents, civic organizations and commercial, governmental and industrial business
leaders.

She has served in several of the company’s chair and/or coordinator roles to engage
employee support and participation internally and externally. She is a board member of the
Community Foundation for Mississippi where she also serves as strategic committee chair
and on the grants committee, an advisory board member of the Madison County Business
League and Foundation and a graduate of Leadership Jackson. She is a member of New
Jerusalem Church, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  She
holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern
Mississippi and a master’s degree in organization and management from Capella
University.
A lifelong Mississippian, Robbie has two adult daughters.
