Registration fee includes general sessions, Wednesday and Thursday receptions, and Thursday and Friday breakfast buffets.

EXHIBITORS*

With a large variety of MMA's influential and active members expected to participate in the convention, becoming an exhibitor is an ideal way for companies to display their products and services to this targeted audience.

ALL EXHIBIT SPACES ARE FULL. WAIT LIST IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.

Each exhibit booth measures 8 feet x 8 feet. The booth space includes a display table, garbage can, and one chair. It also includes one convention registration. Additional employees from an exhibitor company must pay the registration fee.

MMA Member Exhibitor: $1,200 (includes one registration)
Nonmember Exhibitor: $1,500
Registration Fee: $499 per additional person from the same company
Spouse/Partner: $199 per spouse
Child: $50 per child ages 3-17; ages 2 and under are free — Includes breakfast buffets and reception food.

Door prizes from MMA member companies are always well-received by convention attendees. Make sure your company’s gift is included this year!

If you would like to donate a door prize, please let us know! We will list your company name in the program and announce it during convention events. To be listed in the program, please notify Morgan Stokes at morgan@mma-web.org by Friday, May 26, 2023.
