Q: How can I see what type of eLearning Training MMA-MEP offers through Amatrol?

A:  Request a Course Outline via Email to melissa@mma-web.org. The link connects to the Amatrol library. (outline will expire after 21 days)

Q: What if I would like to see an example of a specific virtual training?

A: Email the name of the specific course to melissa@mma-web.org and a demonstration will be emailed to you. *Please note the demos do not include quizzes (demo will expire after 21 days)

Q: I’ve decided the course(s) I want my employee(s) to take. What do I do?

A: Each course training requires an activation code. Email melissa@mma-web.org with employee(s) name, email address and course name to request a code. An email will be sent to the employee(s) and they will need to register by creating a log in for the MMA-MEP Amatrol training site.

Q: What are the Computer Requirements to use eLearning with Amatrol?

A: The following are the minimum required system specifications to access all features on the LMS: Please note to use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome

o Windows 10 64-bit (may function under previous versions/different operating systems, but testing & support limited to Windows 10)

A: You can email melissa@mma-web.org and request an assessment or report of a specific employee. The reporting will include quiz scores, questions missed and testing time.

Q: How long does it take to take a course?

A: There isn’t a time for each course, generally they are 1-2 hours per module unless it has a virtual trainer then it’s 3-4 hours

Q: Does the employee receive a completion certificate?

A: Yes, if the employee successfully passes all the modules in a particular course, they can print a certificate

Q: What does the eLearning training cost?

A: It’s free – however, space is limited
