Exhibit booth space sized 8 feet by 8 feet is available. A limited number of larger exhibit booth spaces, sized 8 feet by 10 feet, are available for MMA members only. Cost includes exhibit booth space with a display table, two chairs, company sign, and two complimentary registrations to all conference activities, including continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, receptions, and any handout materials. Additional vendors from the same company must pay the registration fee.

TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR, YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
MMA will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of exhibitor, or its employees, due to fire, robbery, accidents, or any cause whatsoever that may arise from use and occupancy of leased space or building. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MMA and its employees against any and all claims of any person whomsoever arising out of acts of omission of exhibitors, its employees and/or guests.
BUILDING RULES AND CITY ORDINANCES
The exhibitor agrees to obey all rules of the Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center, which may be in existence or which hereafter may be made, and to abide by the rules and regulations of the City of Flowood, Mississippi, the Department of Fire and Health and such other Departments whose duties embrace regulations of exhibits, etc.
MMA or the Exhibit Coordinator reserves the right for final placement of booths. The decision of MMA must be accepted as final in any dispute between exhibitors or MMA or resort staff.

This year’s MMA PAC Golf Tournament will be held Wednesday, October 20 at the Refuge Golf Course. Breakfast and lunch are included.
