JACKSON – The Mississippi Manufacturers Association announced the products advancing to the Round of 4 in the inaugural Mississippi Makers’ Challenge Sponsored by Hancock Whitney.

Legendary Lighting (Flowood) – Atlas Gas Lantern
Taylor Power Systems (Clinton) – TM1000
McNeely Plastics (Clinton) – Naked Truth Bag
Cacklebee Farms (Forkville) – TWISTER and BANTAM Fence Tool
There were over 63,000 votes in the Round of 8, and there have been over 124,000 votes throughout the duration of the contest as we continue our search for the Coolest Thing Made in Mississippi.
“Our goal with this competition was to showcase the incredible range of products made here in Mississippi and to highlight the talented individuals and companies that make that possible,” said MMA President & CEO John McKay. “These top four products are a great representation of Mississippi manufacturers and I look forward to celebrating with the company that wins this contest.”
In the Round of 4, voters may cast a vote for one of the final four products and may do so once per day per device. All voting will be done on the contest’s official website, msmakerschallenge.com. The poll closes Friday at 3 p.m.
The winner will be announced at a luncheon at the Old Capitol Inn in Jackson on Wednesday, April 13. Representatives for all four finalists are invited. Governor Tate Reeves will be a guest speaker.
