JACKSON - To celebrate International Women's Day, our "Women in Manufacturing" series returns to highlight Fallon Dyle of Highside Chemicals Corp in Gulfport. Fallon's father has been the company's general manager for over 30 years, and she worked there when she was growing up. She said she enjoys working with her dad and feels empowered as a leader in her field.
