JACKSON - The Mississippi Manufacturers Association celebrates International Women's Day by highlighting two women in the manufacturing industry.

Katricia Lewis is the PCB Superintendent of Electronic Manufacturing at Hunter Engineering Company in Raymond. Lewis, who never saw herself as someone with a management role, says that women aren't powerful unless they empower.

We also profiled Chasity Irwin of SABIC in Bay St. Louis. Irwin is an environmental engineer, and she wants women in manufacturing and in the workforce to know you can have both a career and a family.
