COLUMBUS - A groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 24 for the Terberg Taylor Americas Group's new factory in Lowndes County. Governor Tate Reeves attended the event.
Terberg, based in the Netherlands, and Louisville-based Taylor are building a specialty hauling vehicle facility. It will be built as a scalable design so it may continually meet production demands.
This is a $15.9 million project that is expected to create 90 jobs. It is supposed to be operational by the middle of next year.
