Director, State and Local Government Affairs - Ingalls Shipbuilding
Jack Norris is Director, State and Local Government Affairs for Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries. In this role, Jack is responsible for leading and supporting the Company’s relationships with state, local and regional governmental entities, its interface with community-based organizations, and its partnerships with regional business committees, councils and economic/community development organizations. He also supports HII Corporate-level government affairs programs.
