Lex joined PACCAR at their European division DAF trucks in the Netherlands in 1996 and progressed through increasingly responsible positions to become Plant manager for the DAF engine plant in Eindhoven the Netherlands. In Jan 2007 he became responsible as Plant manager for the build and startup of the PACCAR Engine Company in Columbus MS. Prior to PACCAR Lex was Quality Director for Fokker Aerospace in the Netherlands. Lex is a graduate of the University of Alkmaar (Netherlands) and earned his master degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the Warwick University (United Kingdom). Appointed to MMA’s Board of Directors in October 2015; re-elected 2017 & 2019. (Term expires September 2021; District 3)
