Senior Business Unit Manager Human Resources, Lennox International
Michael currently serves as the Senior Business Unit Manager for Lennox International. Michael joined Lennox in 2022 to lead the Grenada Human Resource function for the ADP Residential section of Lennox International, based out of Dallas, TX.
Prior to Lennox, Michael served as the Modine Regional Manager of Human Resources. Michael rejoined Modine in 2019 to lead their Human Resource function for their OEM, CCP and LAL Division after originally serving as their Manager of Human Resources for Modine’s VTS division in Lawrenceburg, TN
Before joining Modine, Michael served as Winchester’s Manager of Human Resources for their Rimfire, Military Pack, and Centerfire operations in Oxford, MS from 2007 to 2019.
He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Business and holds various certifications in labor law. Michael has given back to his communities by serving on various Board of Directors to include the Oxford /Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce, Lawrence County Economic Development Commission, Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board, Oxford / Lafayette County United Way Board of Directors, and the Employee Resources Credit Union Board of Directors.
He was elected to the MMA Board of Directors in 2015, 2022 and reelected in 2023.
