JACKSON - To celebrate Veterans Day, the Mississippi Manufacturers Association interviewed three veterans working for member companies about their service, jobs, and the brotherhood they found in the armed forces.

Washington, D.C. – The National Association of Manufacturers and 606 business leaders from across the manufacturing economy signed and released a letter to be sent to the next president, following the election. The letter demonstrates a firm commitment to working with the next administration regardless of whom the American people send to the White House.

These programs will be critical in closing skills gaps, providing career pathways, and driving economic growth across the state.

JACKSON (Mississippi Development Authority) - Eyeglass manufacturer Superior Optical Lab is expanding in Jackson County. The project is a $12,451,728 corporate investment and will create 188 jobs.
