CANTON, Miss. – In a collaborative effort, Nissan Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant and Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area (HFHMCA) today marked a significant milestone with the completion of their 15th home build in the tri-county area. More than 100 dedicated employee volunteers from Nissan contributed their time and skills during an eight-day building project from August to October, benefiting Canton resident Sharon Wilkes and her family.

JACKSON (Office of Governor Reeves) – Governor Reeves today announced a series of new appointments at the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA). JACKSON (Courtesy: Mississippi Development Authority) – Fishing boat manufacturer Avid Boats is renovating and expanding its facility in Monroe County. The project is a $7.96 million investment that will create 50 new jobs.
